因为要约项下要约的股份数量超越最高数量，公司将从各接收股东手中回购的股份总数将依据要约文件所载公式厘定。要约将于2025年1月14日（礼拜二）或之前实现，公司将回购及登记合共1.51亿股股份（即最高数量）。依据要约回购上述股份而敷衍的总价值为1.81亿港元。
